Pillage the Village was a 2d side-scrolling action game where the player attempts to "pillage the village" as fast as possible.

The Project:

  • Worked as both a designer and the producer on the team.

  • Designed the levels with created assets from the artists and designed mechanics for the programmer. 

  • As the producer, I created a task list for the team to the best of my ability for the time. 

  • I had to manage/update it for the team as the project continued throughout. 

  • I learned that there were better ways to communicate as a producer and my production skills could be better.
